Hi, my name is Abhilash Mohapatra. I am highly motivated teen with a passion for space tech, I have extensively researched solar sails and pitched ideas to several billion-dollar companies. I’m also a 15-year-old student at Lycée International (a unique school) near Paris, France. and an innovator at TKS (a global virtual accelerator)
TKS X Amazon Alexa challenge
I had the amazing opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented and innovative people at TKS. As a team, we provided a recommendation to Amazon Alexa on how to create the next big product for the Alexa lineup that is valuable to the Gen Z consumer and integral in their day-to-day life.
Our recommendation was to use Alexa as a personal at-home fitness coach that will motivate and increase confidence in users' workouts with more personalized guidance. With unique fun and community features, Alexa will also be addressing Gen-Z's fitness needs, making it a staple in their everyday lives.
I would like to give a special shoutout to my incredible teammates, Viola Seda, Vivek Kommi, and Grace Im, for their amazing work and contributions throughout the recommendation process. I am proud to say that we were in the top 10

Health and Wellness
It's no secret that anxiety can have a profound impact on our daily lives, including our productivity at work. For me, I've noticed that when I'm feeling anxious, my ability to focus and complete tasks efficiently can suffer.
When my mind is preoccupied with worries and stress, it is challenging to stay motivated and engaged with my work. This can lead to procrastination, missed deadlines, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed and unproductive.
Recognizing the link between my anxiety and productivity has been an important step in managing both. By taking steps to address my anxiety, such as practicing mindfulness and seeking support from friends and family, I've been able to increase my focus and productivity.
I've found that the solution to my anxiety is simpler than I initially thought: working through it. By acknowledging my feelings and taking small steps to address them, I'm slowly but surely making progress towards a healthier and happier state of mind. The concept of daly updtaes to an accountability buddy has also really helped me with this feeling of anxiety as it has forced me to plan out my next day and what precisely I will be doing as well as to reflect on my day.
Quote of the month
Understanding the relation between self-respect and self-discipline has been huge for me as it has made it easier for me to discipline myself as the question is not
do I have the discipline it becomes do I respect myself.
